Well its been a couple months since I’ve been able to update this, and lots has happened in Tavares land. A big trade, a big win, a MVP award and now a shoulder injury.

The world junior championship certainly showed us that Tavares is the real deal - A sluggish Sweedish team was unmotivated by Hedman, and Canada cruised to their 5th straight world junior gold, as expected.

I’ll be doing a larger update on here in the upcoming days to examine the midseason records of Hedman, Tavares, and other top prospects.
